The Dáil is due to return from its Easter recess this morning to debate legislation paving the way for the Government’s proposed citizen referendum.

The debate will be opened at 10.30am by Justice Minister Michael McDowell, who is expected to outline the Government’s reasons for seeking the constitutional amendment.
