Ahern: IRA linked to crime in the Republic

The Taoiseach has said criminal activity linked to the IRA is undoubtedly happening in the Republic.

His comments follow the publication of the first report of the Independent Monitoring Commission, which showed disturbing levels of continued paramilitarism in the North.
