Costello says referendum will affect NI process

Labour Party TD Joe Costello has accused the Government of being disingenuous in suggesting that its proposed citizenship referendum will not affect the Irish peace process.

The Governments insisted yesterday that the referendum would not affect the British-Irish Agreement of 1998.
