FSAI launches Chinese hygiene improvement scheme

A scheme to clean up Chinese kitchens was launched today by the Food Safety Authority of Ireland (FSAI).

Announcing the programme, the authority said that a quarter of closure orders and 41% of improvement orders issued in the last 15 months were served on Chinese food outlets.
