Costello brands McDowell misleading

Labour's Joe Costello has accused the Justice Minister Michael McDowell of misleading him over the Citizenship Referendum.

Deputy Costello has claiming that Minister McDowell told him on April 7 he had no intention of consulting the SDLP in the North about the poll.
