Cowen: No Middle East settlement without negotiation

The Minister for Foreign Affairs, Brian Cowen, says any settlement between Israel and Palestine will have to be a negotiated one.

Mr Cowen was speaking in Tullamore, Co Offaly, at a meeting of EU Foreign Ministers, where the Middle East Crisis is dominating the agenda.
