Lawlor seeks disclosure of Gilmartin documents

Former Fianna Fáil TD Liam Lawlor has made an application to the Mahon Tribunal asking it to order the disclosure of private documents relating to property developer Tom Gilmartin’s dealings with his former solicitor.

Mr Lawlor claimed that his lack of access to the documents could harm his efforts to defend himself against Mr Gilmartin’s allegations.
