Nigerian immigrants may have been deported illegally

Twelve of the 35 failed Nigerian asylum seekers who were flown to their homeland from Dublin Airport yesterday may have been deported illegally, according to reports this morning.

The reports said lawyers for the 12 were expected to seek court orders today allowing their clients to return to Ireland.
