Taoiseach still at planning tribunal

The Taoiseach Bertie Ahern is expected to remain in front of the Planning Tribunal until after 8pm tonight.

Lawyers for Tom Gilmartin have accused Mr Ahern and other former Cabinet ministers of engaging in "collective amnesia" over their failure to recall a meeting with developer Tom Gilmartin at Leinster House.
