The number of people signing on in Ireland fell slightly last month, according to figures released today by the Central Statistics Office.

The number of people signing on in Ireland fell slightly last month, according to figures released today by the Central Statistics Office.

The CSO said the number of people on the Live Register decreased by 4,247 during March, but when seasonal factors were taken into account, the number increased by 300 to 170,400.
