Brennan lawyer cross-examines Gilmartin

Transport Minister Seamus Brennan’s lawyer has briefly cross-examined property developer Tom Gilmartin at the Mahon Tribunal.

Mr Gilmartin has claimed that Mr Brennan was present at a controversial meeting he had with Government ministers in Leinster House in 1989.
