Gilmartin to return to witness box at Mahon Tribunal

Property developer Tom Gilmartin is due to face further cross-examination at the Mahon Tribunal in Dublin later today.

Mr Gilmartin’s spell in the witness box was interrupted yesterday to allow testimony from one of his former business associates.

Ted Dadley, an executive with Arlington Properties, the company behind Mr Gilmartin’s planned Bachelor’s Walk development, largely backed up the property developer’s earlier evidence about how Liam Lawlor got involved in the scheme.
