NI Secretary: Paramilitary activity needs to be focused on

Northern Irish Secretary Paul Murphy has said significant numbers of IRA weapons have already been decommissioned but there must be more.

Mr Murphy believes paramilitary activity as well as the weapons issues have to be addressed as well.
