Publicans plea for smoking ban exemptions

Publicans and hoteliers are making a last minute plea for exceptions to the smoking ban in the border counties.

The Irish Hospitality Industry Alliance has said pubs close to the border will be deserted once the workplace smoking ban comes into force.
