Dana wants further talks on EU constitution

The North West MEP, Dana Rosemary Scallon, has said the EU constitution must not be ratified unless it is further negotiated.

The president of the European Council wants national demands to be ignored in favour of adopting a treaty overruling each member state's constitution.
