Gilmartin 'received death threats over tribunal evidence'

Property developer Tom Gilmartin has told the Mahon Tribunal that he received death threats in 1998 or 1999 from someone warning him not to give evidence to the inquiry.

The tribunal said it would deal with the issue at a later stage.
