Campaigners launch legal challenge to incinerator

Anti-incinerator campaigners have launched a legal challenge to the decision to grant planning permission for a toxic waste incinerator in Ringaskiddy, Co Cork.

The High Court action is being taken by the Cork Harbour Alliance for a Safe Environment and 11 residents of the harbour area.
