Funding provided for improved 'work-life' schemes

Seven pilot projects to examine ways to improve work-life will receive €130,000 in funding.

Today’s announcement is to mark Work-Life Balance Day, which is part of Sustaining Progress.

The projects will aim to improve the flexibility of work arrangements to make them more family friendly.

A two-year Strategic Plan aiming to achieve equality for all one-parent families in Ireland has been launched.
