Quay re-opens after crash reconstruction

Dublin’s Wellington Quay is open again after a reconstruction of last weekend's fatal bus crash in which five people were killed.

Gardaí are trying to establish how fast the vehicle was travelling when it mounted the pavement and collided with a queue waiting at a bus stop last Saturday.
