Policing Board chairman calls for inquiry into Troubles

The chairman of the North’s Policing Board has called for an inquiry into the violence of the Troubles in an effort to lay the past to rest.

Desmond Rea said he was making the call in a personal capacity with the support of his deputy, Denis Bradley.
