A third member of the Democratic Unionist Party has announced his intention to seek the party nomination for the European election later this year.

The latest potential candidate to declare his hand is Paul Berry, the DUP Assemblyman for Newry/Armagh.

Party chairman Maurice Morrow and Willie McCrea have already expressed their desire to replace Ian Paisley as the DUP’s candidate for the European election.
