Ian Bailey back in court today

Freelance journalist Ian Bailey is expected back in court today where the issue of costs in his recent libel case will be decided.

Mr Bailey lost his action against a number of newspapers.

However, he's expected to fight against having a substantial portion of the costs awarded against him.
