HSA to seek voluntary compliance with safety legislation

The Health and Safety Authority has announced plans to seek voluntary compliance with health and safety legislation in all Irish workplaces.

The authority said the plan was among its main priorities for 2004 and would involve a specific focus on small and medium-sized businesses.
