De Rossa seeks tougher controls on nuclear waste

Irish MEP Pronsias de Rossa has called for tougher EU controls on nuclear waste.

Mr de Rossa also said it was unacceptable that countries like Ireland had no say in decisions about nuclear facilities in EU member states.
