A Dublin man has claimed the €5.6m Christmas Eve Lotto jackpot today.

The man, who wishes to remain anonymous, became one Ireland biggest ever Lotto winners when he picked up his cheque this afternoon.

The winning ticket was bought in Hillcrest News in the Lucan Shopping Centre.
