Adair's wife, son up on drugs charges

The wife and son of convicted terrorist Johnny “Mad Dog” Adair are due in court today in Britain on drug charges.

Jonathan Adair, 19, of Horwich, Bolton, Greater Manchester, is to appear at Bolton Crown Court charged with conspiracy to supply heroin, cocaine and crack cocaine and the supply of Class A drugs.

Gina Adair, 37, is charged with conspiracy to supply heroin, cocaine and crack cocaine.

They are to appear with two other men, a woman and a 13-year-old boy, all from Bolton.

Mrs Adair and her four children came to the area in February, along with a number of other families to escape loyalist in-fighting in Belfast.
