Dublin Barracks to be sold for development

A contract of sale, for Clancy Barracks in Dublin, has been signed between the Department of Defence and Florence properties.

The site is almost 14 acres in size and the sale will raise almost €25.5m.

The proceeds will be invested in infrastructural and equipment programmes for the Defence Forces.
