Operation Rudolph fundraiser to begin later today

The annual Operation Rudolph fundraiser is due to begin in Killarney, Co Kerry, later today.

The fundraiser will see 40 people dressed as Santa cycling 180 miles around the south-west of the country between today and Monday.

The Chernobyl Orphanage Development Programme, the Billy Riordan Memorial Trust and Cope Meals on Wheels are among the groups due to benefit from the charity event.
