The Penal Reform Trust and the Merchant’s Quay project are holding a forum today to discuss the spread of HIV, AIDS and Hepatitis C in Ireland’s prisons.

The Penal Reform Trust and the Merchant’s Quay project are holding a forum today to discuss the spread of HIV, AIDS and Hepatitis C in Ireland’s prisons.

The two groups have called for action to stop the spread of these diseases among inmates, saying the Government has a duty to protect people in its care, including prisoners.
