'25% of employers have no non-smoking policy'

According to a new survey a quarter of employers don't have a non-smoking policy in the workplace.

The survey was undertaken by the Irish recruitment website irishjobs.ie.

It also found that almost half of workers would report their employer to the authorities if the smoking ban were not enforced in their workplace next year.

Helen Murray from Irishjobs.ie said it sends out a clear message to employers.
