Commuters ‘would take pay cut to work locally'

The majority of commuters living outside Dublin would be prepared to take a pay cut to work locally, according to a survey conducted by Meath County Council.

Reports this morning said two-thirds of respondents to the survey were prepared to work for 5% to 10% less if it meant avoiding the journey into Dublin every day.
