Junior Minister Tom Parlon has reportedly rejected requests for compensation from civil servants due to move out of Dublin as part of the Government’s decentralisation plans.

Reports this morning said those affected by the move were seeking relocation payments, but Mr Parlon said last night they would get "short shrift".
