INO predicts continuing overcrowding in 2004

The Irish Nurses Organisation has predicted continuing difficulties in the Irish health service throughout next year.

The organisation said the Government’s failure to allocate additional funding to the service in last week’s budget would lead to continuing overcrowding in accident and emergency departments.
