Labour: Budget shows no commitment to Hanly reforms

The Labour Party is asking why the Budget did not allocate money towards health improvements proposed in the Hanly Report.

The party's health spokesperson, Liz McManus, is questioning the Government's commitment to tackling the crisis in the health service.

Deputy McManus says the Government is planning to implement cutbacks in small hospitals without improving services in the proposed super-hospitals.
