The deputy leader of the Democratic Unionists, Peter Robinson has insisted that the DUP has a positive agenda for change.

However, speaking ahead of tomorrow's meeting with Northern Ireland Secretary Paul Murphy, Mr Robinson insisted his anti-Agreement party will not deal with Sinn Féin until the IRA stand down.
