The remains of the Irish army sergeant who was killed in a road accident in Liberia are due to arrive home tomorrow.

The body of Sgt Derek Mooney from Blackrock in Dublin will arrive at Baldonnel Aerodrome at around 4pm.

Sergeant Mooney, who was serving as part of a UN peacekeeping force, was one of a number of men travelling in a jeep as part of a convoy when it left the road 40 miles south of the capital Monrovia.
