German supermarket chain Aldi that has stores across the country has expressed shock at a newspaper article, which claims that its rival Tesco is preventing potato and vegetable growers from supplying Aldi stores.

German supermarket chain Aldi that has stores across the country has expressed shock at a newspaper article, which claims that its rival Tesco is preventing potato and vegetable growers from supplying Aldi stores.

The company said such practices are anti-competitive and will hinder Aldi’s efforts to increase work with local suppliers.
