Moriarty Tribunal costing €4m-a-year

The Taoiseach has told the Dáil that the legal profession has earned over €10m so far from the Moriarty Tribunal.

Bertie Ahern has revealed the inquiry set up in 1997 to investigate payments to politicians is costing around €4m of taxpayer’s money each year.
