Man 'stable' after Dublin shooting

A man was in a “critical but stable” condition in hospital today after a shooting incident in Dublin.

The man was discovered with gunshot wounds to his head in a house on the Landon Road in Ballyfermot.

Gardaí were called to the scene at around 4am and the victim was taken to St James’s Hospital where he is receiving treatment.
