Paisley accused of secret talks with Dublin

The UUP have accused Ian Paisley's party of being in secret talks with Dublin for the past two years.

Speaking in Belfast, the UUP's Sir Reg Empey said this indicated how false the DUP's claims of being tough on nationalists had been.
