Ahern: Collins has no arrangement with Govt

The Dáil has heard that Limerick West TD Michael Collins has no special arrangement with Fianna Fáil and the Government.

It was revealed in September that Deputy Michael Collins paid €130,000 in settlement to the Revenue Commissioners.

The Limerick TD afterwards resigned the party whip.

However, responding to questioning in the Dáil today, Mr Ahern stated that Deputy Collins had no special arrangement with the Government.
