Appeal court to deliver Gilligan decision

The Court of Criminal Appeal will deliver its judgement today on whether John Gilligan's record jail term for drug offences should be reduced.

Gilligan was jailed for 28 years after being convicted by the Special Criminal Court in March 2001 for drugs importation.
