Dáil to debate constitutional right to housing

The Dáil is due to debate proposed legislation today that could lead to a right to housing being enshrined in the Irish Constitution.

The Bill calling for a referendum on the matter was tabled by Sinn Féin, which has accused the Government of failing to address the housing crisis in Ireland.
