Labour seeks clarification on smoking ban

Prisoners are to be allowed to light up in their cells despite Ireland’s forthcoming smoking ban, it was confirmed today.

Health Minister Micheál Martin revealed that prisoners would be exempt from the ban on smoking in workplaces.
