Union members commemorate hero
The union movement honours one of its martyrs today as a special headstone will be unveiled in Deansgrange cemetery in Dublin at the grave of James Byrne who died while on hunger strike during the 1913 lockout.

SIPTU General President Jack O'Connor will do the honours on the 90th anniversary of his death.
