Average house prices in Ireland rose by just 0.5% last month, a further sign that spiralling house prices may be coming to an end.

Average house prices in Ireland rose by just 0.5% last month, a further sign that spiralling house prices may be coming to an end.

The latest permanent-TSB house price index shows a 0.5% monthly increase in September, compared to 0.8% in August and 1.1% in July.
