IHIA may seek judicial review of smoke ban

The Irish Hospitality Industry Alliance says it may be forced to seek a judicial review over the smoking in the workplace ban.

The group is calling on the Minister for Health, Micheál Martin, to explain if the regulations he signed into law today are in accordance with the legal advice given to the government.
