Donaldson reserves judgement on SF-UUP deal

Ulster Unionist Party hardliner Jeffrey Donaldson has said he will not support his party’s deal with Sinn Féin unless it leads to full IRA decommissioning and a declaration that the organisation’s "so-called war" is over.

The deal was finalised yesterday, but details have yet to be announced.
