Aer Lingus has announced the cancellation of 26 flights from Dublin and Shannon airports this Thursday due to planned strike action by around 1,000 cabin crew.

Aer Lingus has announced the cancellation of 26 flights from Dublin and Shannon airports this Thursday due to planned strike action by around 1,000 cabin crew.

The airline said most of its scheduled flights would go ahead despite the strike, with plans already in place to have charter aircraft manned by non-Aer Lingus crew on standby.
