Dunlop to make corruption claims at tribunal

The former lobbyist, Frank Dunlop, returns to the Mahon Planning tribunal today with fresh claims of political corruption.

Mr Dunlop is expected to testify that he was paid by a landowner to lobby for the rezoning of land in North Dublin in 1993.
